Prices: the price includes bed linen and towels, cleaning articles, cradle and WIFI.
Reservation policy: 30% deposit to confirm the reservation.
Timings: arrival from 17,00hrs, departure before 12,00 noon. To depart later without supplement, please check the options. From 14,00 to 20,00 hrs a supplement of 30€ is charged.
Cancelation policy: as per the order 143/2002 of 14 November regarding the lodgings in Asturias. 15 days prior to arrival, 100% refund; 7 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% refund; 7 days prior to arrival no refund. In all cases the expenses of commission and bank transfer will be discounted.
Safe deposit: 200€. Tenants are responsible for damages in the premises and furniture.
Other facilities:
Heating included from October to April. Out of these months 2€/hour or 125€/week will be charged in case needed.
Extra bed: 10€ per night.
